Whether you’re a total beginner or a confident cook looking to try something new, these sessions are hands-on, informal, and designed to help you feel at home in the kitchen.

We’ll focus on flavour, good technique, and confidence — not perfection.

I teach relaxed, flavour-led cooking sessions shaped around two core themes I know inside out

Fusion Flavours

Creative, bold, globally inspired dishes with a cheffy-but-approachable twist.

Learn to build flavour-rich plates like:

  • Fresh poke bowls with punchy toppings

  • Slaws and salads with real attitude

  • Fusion tacos with handmade flatbreads or bao-style buns

  • Bold dressings, marinades, pickles & finishing touches

We’ll talk about flavour balance, contrast, texture — and how to cook more intuitively with whatever you’ve got.

Comfort Classics

Pastries, doughs, and bakes with a bit of personality. These sessions are for people who want to get their hands into dough, crack the basics, and make their own signature versions.

Favourites include:

  • Focaccia and pizza from scratch

  • Puff pastry: sausage rolls or pastel de nata

  • Brownies, cookies, cinnamon rolls and simple cakes

  • Tarts and enriched doughs

What to Expect 

  • Lessons are one-to-one or for small groups

  • Held in your kitchen (local area only)

  • Tailored to your interests and skill level

  • No pressure, no cheffy ego — just honest, flavourful food

  • I’ll guide you through the prep, techniques, and plenty of tasting
